Orders are typically ready within 1 hour once all items are available.

If an item is not currently available, please allow 5–14 business days for your order to be prepared.

Orders requiring embroidery require additional processing time.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or text notification.

Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup email before sending an Uber courier to collect your order.

Customers must wait the allotted processing time provided at checkout for their order to be prepared. Selecting in-store pickup does not mean the order will be ready immediately.

Once you receive the Ready for Pickup email, provide your Uber courier with a screenshot of the Ready for Pickup email and include a note instructing them to come inside the uniform store for pickup.

Unfortunately, we are unable to bring orders outside to Uber couriers at this time. The courier must come inside the store to collect the order.

Please allow 1–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for delivery.

Please allow additional time to embroider your items. Please be sure your embroidery selection, spelling, color, and placement are correct as embroidered items cannot be exchanged or returned.
